MTV’s “Scrubbing In” follows a group of young, ambitious travel nurses as they leave behind their homes, families and friends and travel across the country to work in a new hospital in Orange County, California. The eight-episode series was produced by 495 Productions, the same team behind the hit show Jersey Shore. The RN extraordinaires struggle to balance the profession they love with the stress that spills over into their personal lives. Some are single and looking for a good time and others are hoping to keep their long-distance relationships alive, but either way, when the crash cart comes out and the coding signal sounds, they have to put their emotions aside and step up to the job of saving lives.
